Other things to note
This condo is brand new! We allow a maximum of 4 people with the minimum age of 12 accompanied by an adult. The master is a king bed and pullout bed is Full size in living room, the dining area seats 4. If more then 4 people are seen staying in the unit we reserve the rights to cancel your stay with out refund. There will be before and after pictures taken of the unit and an inventory check of all items before deposit is returned . So please do not remove any items from the unit, including towels, dishes, cups, etc.. Please respect our home and keep it clean during your stay. There is no free onsite parking or daily maid service. There will be some cleaning supplies available, garbage bags etc in kitchen under the kitchen sink. There is a laundry basket in the bathroom for used towels. The pool provides towels, so no need to take from the room. There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind or ANIMALS allowed/ including SERVICE animals. We ensure the safety of our guests who are allergic to pet dander By not allowing any animals in our suites.
